Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or special promotions), processing times may extend to 4-6 business days.


Shipping Changes
We allow customers to request shipping address changes within 72 hours of placing the order or before the order has been marked as “Fulfilled.” After 72 hours or once the order has shipped, we cannot make any modifications.

If your order has already shipped, we recommend contacting the local courier with your tracking number to request an address reroute.


Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or family members who might have accepted it on your behalf.
  • Contact your local courier to investigate further.

If the courier confirms delivery but the package is still missing, we can offer a 40% discount on a replacement order as a goodwill gesture.


Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, or courier backlogs).


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
